Jeff Bier and Mason & Morse Real Estate recently assisted The Trust for Public Lands in acquiring 16 mining claims in the Yule Creek Valley. Some of these claims have great historic significance and high visibility from the Quarry Road.” There had always been a concern that 16 or more cabins could be developed on these claims” states Jeff, “now they are protected from development in perpetuity.” Jeff and Mason & Morse reduced their commission and made a cash donation to TPL to facilitate the transfer.
